Unacomidating, miserable door lady

Was in such a bad mood today. Went to N1 city to collect a parcel and did my shopping at PNP. I asked the lady at the door so nicely to spray my trolley but she insisted I use those wet wipes. Not only is Rona still around but so is a bad case of the flu, both which I can't afford to get.. Anyway, they spray your trolley at most spars and Woolworths but even canal walk is a huge drama to ask for a spray. After begging her 3 times I lost it, screamed my lungs out and asked to speak to the manager. Lady at door was miserable, defiant and is not suited for her job.
