Unacceptable service with Pick n Pay ASAP
I live in Pretoria North and use Pick n Pay ASAP multiple times during the month. I have now had multiple bad experiences with Pick n Pay and they take an unacceptable long time to correct the problem if at all. Problems include missing and/or damaged products and sometimes both in one delivery. Various times the meat was not fresh as well. Pink on top and a sickly grey/green on the bottom. In the latest incident my order included multiple loaves of bread. On delivery multiple of the loaves were crushed. I reported a problem immediately and got the confirmation email with my ticket number. I was contacted and they requested yet another photoshoot of the product in question. It is now two days later and the issue is still not resolved. We are pensioners so every cent count. You need the product replaced or a refund as soon as possible to replace the missing/destroyed/expired product.
I occasionally use Checkers 6060 as well and my experience with them is very satisfactory. I understand problems will occur on occasion with the nature of this service. When a problem is encountered with Checkers 6060 the problem is resolved or a refund is processed in literally seconds and you can replace the product immediately.
I am highly considering taking all my business to Checkers.
I feel the quality of service of Pick n Pay is unacceptable and they do nothing to improve on the same problems that persist.
