Unacceptable service from Pick n Pay ASAP

I placed an order for groceries yesterday morning at 06:00. At 09:50 I received my payment receipt, stating that my order was out for delivery. What followed was several telephone conversations with two different drivers trying to explain to them how to get to my house. No other delivery service has ever had difficulty finding my house, but according to Pick n Pay ASAP, I live in the Bermuda Triangle.

According to their app, my order was delivered at 19:50 last night - no such thing happened.

Customer service does not answer the phone, even after holding for 15 minutes, and there is no reply to email.

This order was to the value of over a R1000. Clearly their service cannot be trusted.
