Unacceptable service and very poor management

I always make use of pick n pay kempton gate branch as it is the closest retail store to me.Today i purchased two cadbury oreo slab chocolates as i was under the impression that they are on spesial as the sign stated two cadbury slab chocolates for R33 excl the bubbly range.I get to the cashier and get charged the full price so i queried it.The manager on duty rudly aproched me and told me that the oreo one is not part of the special and while buzy talking to me turns and talks to another customer that had also been overcharged on her purchase.This is unacceptable behaviour and service.Everytime i go to this pick and pay there is always a problem and terrible service at the cashiers, also never got stock of the products a person is looking for.Sick and tired of complaining about this specific branch.The management always never atends to a persons complaints<br>
