Unacceptable service

On the 16th of November I lodged a complaint on Pick n Pay's Facebook page about chicken gizzards I bought from their store at Epping Garden Village. I basically had to throw away a quarter of the pack because it wasn't properly cleaned. They responded quickly and I sent them the required info. Unfortunately there was no date of manufacture or best before date on the packet. Yesterday I had to buy a packet again as it's the only store nearby that stock it. To my dismise it was the same story. The gizzards are not cleaned properly so I had to throw a lot again. I checked the parcel for dates , but there was nothing. I'm very disappointed in PnP and will definitely not but there again.
