unacceptable Rude behaviour

As i walked in on the 28 June a Rude lady a cleaner to be axact welcomed us in a rude manner as she screamed at my daughter calling her \Yewena"as we entered i called her to order and asked her not to use that kind of tone and language towards a child who was trying to pass to get a trolley while the cleaner blocked the entrance chatting away with the security she became so rude What made me even more angry was even the store manager ad i spoke to him he laughed in my face and said \""arg dont worry she's kookkooorsh\"" referring to the cleaner by the name of Ester its clear that the staff some of the staff have absolutely no respect for customers and dont care attitude for customers because even the manager takes no pride in the discipline of the staff. this is disgusting i am really disappointed this women clearly has no customer service.she shouldn't be working in such an environment of customers if she behaves in such a manner"""
