unacceptable practices

I Stay next to one of Pick n Pay stores in Pretoria and have laid a complaint with management regarding the delivery drivers urinating against my outside wall. I was told fourth right that there is nothing that can be done from Pick 'n Pay side regarding this behavior. Therefore I was left with no other option as to address this matter in this manner. Not only the thought that these people handle the food being delivered but also the fact that they have absolute no regard to the fact that my 4 year old daughter is playing outside in plain sight to their actions. The times that we did address the person, they would just shrug their shoulders in disregard. To add to this the staff sit outside our gate everyday for their lunch break and don't think to pick up their papers and bottles once done. I am in the fortunate position to have 24 hour cctv recorded security on my property and outside. I'll be happy to share all this footage with Pick 'n Pay and all the residents of our community of what is clearly seen as unacceptable behavior. All I ask is for this to be addressed in a serious manner and be resolved as soon as possible.
