Unacceptable packaging and placement of product therein

This afternoon I did some shopping at your Ravenswood, Boksburg store where amongst other items I purchased some ring doughnuts. These doughnuts were packaged in a flimsy plastic container and some were placed on top of others at various angles. My complaints are: 1) Once I got the lid off I found it impossible to get the lid back on. 2) A lot of the icing had run off the doughnuts onto the bottom of the container due to the way they gad been placed in the flimsy container.

This is unacceptable. A firmer container needs to be used and the donuts need to be placed face up and not at various angles.
