Unacceptable low standards and service

I am bitterly disappointed in the service myself and my fiancé received from Pick n Pay. On Friday 23 November 2018 we placed an order online for our groceries. Yesterday 27 November my fiancé went to collect it. When he arrived at the store he was told that he could not collect the groceries instore, but had to go to the truck delivery. After 20 minutes of searching he finaly finds the delivery site only to have to wait in a huge queue. When he gets to our groceries, all our items are in a chaotic state, standing in various boxes all over the place. Also all of our food was left in the searing sun! This includes R300’s worth of fish! I will never use this service again. For such an enormous company Pick n Pay sure has low standards and portays a lot of unacceptable behaviour!
