Unacceptable Foreign Object

I am very disappointed with Pick n pay retail stores, I just bought my monthly grocery today at Pick n pay The Glen mall & guess what I found inside Iwisa maize meal bag, a live WORM & SOMETHING LIKE A PIECE OF HAIR. This is not the kind of service I was expecting from the big brand like pick n pay. I always buy my grocer at the very same store monthly & as a regular customer is pick n pay expecting me to consume such a foreign object? I work for a food company aswell & with all the systems in place, I was not expecting what I saw??
