Unacceptable delivery from Pick 'n Pay ASAP
Will no longer be using ASAP - it will be a fight to get my money back!
Today I received an order with several issues: 1. barbeque chicken - cooked to a crisp and over spiced (revolting the legs and wings were not edible and the chicken was not cleaned inside) 2. Organics shampoo (400ml) - cap open and leaked all over the toiletries 3. Sensodyn toothpaste and toothbrush ordered, only toothbrush arrived! 4. Colgate toothpaste and toothbrush ordered, only toothbrush arrived

Thankfully, I have options.
I specifically do not shop at the either of the franchise stores (as I know that they are run by the same owners.
The fact that pictures are required for every query (line item) is insane, the fact that I would need to keep 'evidence' does not bode well on trust.
Most of the roast chicken was discarded. over cooked and over spiced. Frankly our pet would not even eat the skin or overcooked hard and dry peaces (wings, drumsticks etc. nor the skin of the chicken.
It was not even rinsed clean on the inside.
I do not intend to be disrespectful - online shopping is for convenience. This has been anything but convenient.
The quality of the store needs to be looked into.
Either way, will not be using it again.
