UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE
I used PnP ASAP to make an order on the 24th of December 2022. When the delivery came 7 items were missing and the pasta packet was torn with the contents scattered all over the paperbag and wet because it had been packed with frozen stuff. I immediately sent an email to support (ref 609608) and did not get any response. I made a follow-up call on the 25th and I was told of an investigation (ref ***). I waited and no feedback was received. On the 28th I sent another email (ref 613793), still no response and no feedback. Today I call (ref ***) and the consultant asks for an image of the spilled pasta that I reported SEVEN DAYS ago, was I supposed to keep this tattered packet and wet pasta for 7 days or more because she only asks for it now because I called. Why was I not asked for this image in the first place while I had it? Why has it taken a whole week and numerous calls for my issue to be attended to? How do you miss SEVEN items in the order? This is totally unacceptable. Use PnP ASAP at your own risk.
