Unacceptable behavior

I've been shopping at Pick n pay in the Philippi the Junxion branch not even a single day have I ever received a great service from management down to staff they are so rude and its like they were never trained to diliver great customer service the manager even told me one day to go and shop else where when I was requesting assistance from the staff while they were bussy talking about a wonderful weekend they had n I was just standing there waiting for them to finish up with their conversation now I've decided not to complain any more but I rather just take my money elsewhere cz even the management is so Unprofessional and they be calling each other Chomii in front of customers
