Unacceptable
We bought rolls at the bakery department on Sunday and when we wanted to eat it for Sunday lunch we discovered the long hot dog rolls were hard and old, we initially requested round crispy rolls and were informed they only had long hot dog crispy rolls and not any round ones, we took them and later we had to throw them away at home. This is totally unacceptable for a brand like yours.
