Unable to unsubscribe from Pick n Pay Pet club communication

I have been emailed yet again from Pick n Pay. I have unsubscribed and complained more times than I can count over the past 2 years. Every time you claim that I am unsubscribed and everything is sorted. Yet here we are yet again! Please can this matter be escalated to someone who actually has a clue on how to resolve this?
