Unable to process card payment
I have been struggling to pay for my online order for 3 days now, it says payment failed which is strange seeing how I am able to shop and pay for anything else, anywhere else except your store. It is such an inconvenience to have to go to the store and go around when there's an online service that DOESN'T FULLY FUNCTION, If the card system is such a hassle on your side I think you should start looking into instant EFT payment services such as Ozow and PayPal or even COD, it's 2020 let's try and catch up.

16 Nov 2020, 10:42Here I am having tried yet again to pay a different debit card in hopes of paying, unsuccessful again. Please just introduce the instant EFT payment with Ozow because it clearly is not my card issues I tried with cards from 2 different banks already.
