Unable to assist with repair.

Our AIM 58'' UHD TV fell and the screen broke. Definitely our fault, however Pick 'n Pay hasn't been able to assist us with finding a repair agent. Since this is a Pick 'n Pay product, they should be able to assist us to find an agent.
