Unable to assist with cash send

I went to Pick n Pay QualiSave ins Rams Square in atteridgeville . I had to go there myself as they were not able to assist my nephew to get money from an instant cash voucher (Standard Bank).

Their response is that they as " Rams square " are not able to assist with standard bank instant cash . Which is surprising as other pick n pay outlets can do so.

Why should we be inconvinced , is it lack of training or they need their system sorted .

Please can this can sorted , and yhe attitude from thr staff members is very disappointing . Its like they are happy that they can't assist , yhe arrogance in their response is disgusting .

Why should we get different services from the same retail store . Where is the consistency and standard of service . Incident date is 24th September .
