UN LABELED ALLERGIC FOODS

I bought a salad labeled achaar & beans on 27 March 2018 ( yesterday ) at Pick n Pay Brixton. To my surprise it was not only beans & achaar there was pilchards (tin fish) in as well & I am allergic to pilchards! This is not the first time I encountered this problem with Pick n Pay food. The last time I bought rice & wors & both the rice & wors was old I then went to return it & the manager told me how sorry she was n she will try to resolve the problem. Like today (28/3) Wednesday, I went to tell them about the salad n they are telling me THEY ARE WELL AWARE THERE IS PILCHARDS IN THE SALAD!!!! How STUPID & inconsiderate are these people? I mean so many people are allergic to PILCHARDS & they don't put it as one of the ingredients on the label. I had to go get medication at the chemist to avoid the outbreak as I had some of the salad cause I didn't see the pilchards the way it was covered with the beans & sauce. Something needs to be DONE !!!SORRY & A ATTIUDE FROM THE STAFF DOES NOT HELP OR HEAL PEOPLE. Evenue when I called in a lady answered & dropped the call thereafter the call has been been placed on hold . When I told the so called managers about the calls being placed on hold they told me their phone's is not working ! So now I don't understand, their phones & brains is not working. Mxm . Hope this matter will be resolved
