un happy customer pik n pay asap

i ordered at pick amd pay asap yerterday they debited the money and later i got a notification that 2 items where out of stock ,the money needs to be refunded back to my account as that means i paid for items i didnt receive i sent emails to the contavt email address feutured in the app no response.
