Umlazi Mega City smelling fridge and loud music

11h31 whilst walking along the fridges they was a terrible smell.I instantly called the store manager her was Charmaine to help with the unbearable which to my surprise she did not show any sense of urgency and empathy to my concern.Another issue I had was loud music which is a norm in that particular store.
