Umkhumelo Electronics and Pick n Pay Woodmead ****.

I bought a 65inch TCL TV from Pick n Pay Woodmead in October 2024 and by 17 December 2024 the TV just went off and numerous times after that I spoke to a gentlemen called Honeybee from the store he told me the call has been logged with TCL for a technician to come over at my house. Only on the 07th of Jan 2025 a technician from Umkhumelo electronics comes and he sees live ****roaches on the TV mother board and he says the TV got damaged because of these 4 ****roaches on this board. I told the technician numerous times that can’t be true since the TV went off a month ago and a month later you see 4 live ****roaches on a dead Tv and you say it got damaged by that. I’m super dissatisfied with Pick n Pay and Umkhumelo electronics as now I’m getting a call from a lady(Zahida) with stinking attitude from the same Umkhumelo Electronics saying they can’t help me and can’t do anything due to TCL rejecting to exchange the TV because of “****roaches manifestation”. Umkhumelo Electronics and Pick n Pay Woodmead have ****med me R11500 as now I’m sitting with a dead TCL TV at my house.
