On the 2nd of October 2024 I bought groceries using the PicknPay ASAP app and they delivered my items. When you purchase items on the app you select alternatives for when your item is out of stock they are able to pack the alternate and to me they had to pack an alternate of chicken and I had already paid for that wors that I had chosen, so there was a remaining balance after I had paid that was shown to me from the app and I withdrew it on the 3rd of October 2024. Weeks pass by and I don't see my money reflecting from my bank account after they had emailed me back saying that they have sought out my ticket mind you it's weeks after they said that ...I waited and waited its November now still nothing they have kept quite...ohh not to mention that before them sending me the email saying that they have sought out my ticket I had sent them an email and they did not respond up until I had to send another one and that's when they responded...To be honest I am so fed with them because i feel like they are taking advantage of me and making me look like a fool ,how can you email me and say you have sought out my issue knowing very well that you are lying to me. That one star was for the good delivery other than that 🚮🚮🚮....Never again.
