I made an order on the app on Thursday, the driver did not arrive and marked my order as delivered.

I called on the same day left a call back request and no one called me back.

I send a refund request more than once and still no avail.

I called and I recorded the call with one of your agents and she advised me that she would cal the branch and give me a call back it's Monday today and this was on Saturday still no one called nor have I received my refund.

I have been using the app for a long time and this is the first time I have experienced such terrible service, please refund me my money so I can close your app and refrain from using your services.

I am very disappointed.
