I would like to put a complaint against PnP Struisbaai. We bought products from them, my card did not go through according to them, I then used my credit card and paid with it.

When I got home, the payment went through on my card aswell as my credit card, so now it went off double. I spoke to the manager and everything. Everytime I ask them what is happening he gives me an excuse. Even after I had to send them bank statements etc. I am even willing to take the same products I bought if the issue is not resolved by a refund.

But still they would not comply.
