Ugly service

on the 02.06.2022 i visited pick n pay in Dobsonville where i got a bad service i was assisted by Cashier 4 according to my till slip, i was buying wine glasses and needed extra cash she said she can not me with withdrawal i must pay then go join the line on the another till, i paid for the glasses because i had cash with me i went to onather lady to ask for withdrawal and showed her my till slip that i cant join queue again can she help, that was then when i got cash back
