Tymebank / PnP Putred Service!!!

I have created a bank account with Tymebank and simply had to get my bank card at my nearest Pick n Pay. I finally got the opportunity having to take an annual leave day on Black Friday due to shopping etc. I popped into PnP Tokai Junction and the staff told me there might be no cards within the Tymebank ATM but we can see having to proceed to print a card. There were none and I ended up on my off day at PnP Capricorn where I had to wait for the Tymebank representative for nearly 30 minutes after the store opened to be told I have to pay R60 for a procedure that meant I lost my card of which in fact NEVER received a card in the 1st place. Putred service!!!
