Tymebank disgusting

Went to go and draw money from my tymebank account i couldn't because everything was offline, disgusting behavior i couldn't do anything or get any groceries i was in shock when i returned the next day and it was still offline and there after for a week, i honestly am so angry and terribly disappointed. I am not even going to bother anymore.
