Tyme Bank send money

I came to withdraw money from Tyme cash send ,the cashiers were rude and they didnt give me money that i wanted to withdraw ,i ended up not getting the money today 03/03/2023 time was 14:02 , the reason they all said was that they do not have money at the tills and it is very frustrating to not get your money at matter of life and death ,im very angry and disappointed ,i hope this matter is solved or fixed .
