Tyme bank

I went to Pick'n Pay in Phillipy Junction Mall upon my arrive I spoke to one of the cashiers who regarding a instant money that I wanted to withdraw that was sent from tyme bank which is part of Pick'n Pay to my surprise the store manager by the name of Kenny who refused to give me his last or first name he was rude and told me that he only has one name. he's told me that he can't help me with the instant Tyme bank withdrawal I needed service with he told me with attitude on his face that they can't be forced to do a with I informed him that i don't mind waiting until they have the cash i was looking for. I failed to understand why would he give me this kind of service where else Tyme bank is part of Pick'n Pay I have asked for alternative as I am not a Tyme bank client he rudely told me he doesn't have any alternative. As the funds were for an emergency. I am so disappointed with his service.

he's customer service is ridiculous I wasn't expecting such service from a store manager.
