Disgusting service from Roedolf the manager!! If that’s the level of service a manager has to offer then I don’t know.

I inquired about the advertised price of a product, according to what was advertised and what was packaged differs!

He has absolutely zero people skills and addressed the manner in a rude unprofessional way in front of a store full of people!!

Also, instead of ringing up the remaining items and allowing us to pay for it - they voided the order and sent all the meats to the fridges!!

He also decided to “take us to the office” what office??? It was a corner with his staff members or he also of course said is his witnesses, oh yes, he also gave HO number before anything else!
