Two weeks later and still no refund from PnP Online Shopping

<p>Hi there, it's two weeks since I complained about items not being delivered in my online order yet I was charged for them. How long does it take to process a refund guys? My online order that was meant to be delivered last night arrived this morning. One of the items delivered was leaking. Poor show, guys. The whole point of online shopping is to make our shopping experience easier.</p>
