Two emails later still no feedback.
I used their online shop and after getting the email confirming my order realised that one of the items had a different price. I then emailed them asking why this was the case and got a reply that my email would be attended to shortly, that was not the case, unless I dont understand the word ‘shortly’, yesterday I had a follow up email which is also yet to be rep**** to.
