Two amounts going off with Pickn Pay ASAP Sedgefield purchases
Purchased from Pick n Pay ASAP on 11 May for the amount R592. After they didnt have chicken for my order, the actual.amount came to R501.79 and that was deducted as well as the R592 still kept in reserve. On the Pick n Pay ASAP app it says that the difference will be returned to me if products could not be supp**** or weught for a product differed but this is not what has been done and it is the second time now at the Sedgefield branch that this has happened. Last time I waited 11 days for my money to be returned to my bank account and jow I have been waiting 8 days. Why is Sedgefield Pick n Pay ASAP doing this?
I need answers and I also need my money please.

21 May 2026, 08:15Pick n Pay still hasn't paid back R592 owed to me. I have corresponded with many people and no seems to be able to do their jobs. The bank ABSA blames Pick n Pay and then Pick n Pay just doesnt know how to resolve the matter.
I want to know how Pick n Pay ASAP gets it right to deduct the first amount and then another amount because of a product not being in stock. The difference in amounts should have been returned to me and not a whole other amount deducted for the same purchase!
