TWIN**** WITH MACHINICAL FAULT
Good day I bought a washing machine from Pick n Pay Greenstone. I wrote them an email more than a month ago notifying them in May 2018 I bought Defy 1400 Twin**** washing machine. The machine does not function well. When I wash, the water runs into the tumble dryer and when I have to dry the laundry it becomes a problem because there's water from the washer which is either dirty or soapy. I have been using twin****s for years and this is the first time happening.
