Tv Set with receipt and without tv box why cant they accept the tv ?
I recently purchased a 32 '' led tv set from pick n pay on the 18 of march 2018. and just last week it stopped working.I went into the store with the tv set in my hand with the tv remote as well,and the last at the information desk was not accepting the tv with out the box. I dont have the box but i do have the reciept of the tv . Where do i go from here because the tv set is R2100.00 which is alot of money .
