Trollies of Crime
We have seen a unprecedented increase in Vagrants pushing your New trollies all in good condition filled with ****** as well as personal items. Drug dealers are working with these vagrants in distributing drugs and crime in our area. <br> Your trollies are being used as a weapon of Crime. This is taking place in the Parklands and TABLEVIEW area Cape Town.<br> The matter must resolved as the residents are the victims of this Crime.
