trolley security sweared to hit me once he takes of his uniform

At about 12:00 mid day on 27 April on freedom day. I was with a trolley from pick n pay with my daughter from pick n pay pushing it to my residence which is just oposite the shop. Before I even went far a security stopped and said i can take the trolley and as I normally do I asked that I be accompanied for a fee of R10 or as agreed but he adviced he can't and i asked if h can ask another security ,instead he called what i believe to be his senior who did not wan to listen to me. I explained that I can take the grocery home and my daughter and bring the trolley back since he adviced that he knows me. However he refused and telling me to put my grocery on the tar road. I refused and adviced him that I will give hih the trolley when my fiance comes to assist woth grocery so we can help each other carry the bags since we dont drive. But the man got angry and started swearing pronised to hit me. A man at a filling station came and confronted the security as to the behaviour he is communicating with me in front of my daughter but this aggressive man continued with his gross language and scolded at the man who I did not know and the said man took a video of this man's actions but I could not get hold of it. I have been a regular customer to the shop since the year 2013 to date and i feel such harrasment and abuse from security personnel is damaging to the store and paints a very bad picture. I will be saddened to see such a human being work there when I come do my grocery again. Since 2013 I always do grocery and a security personnel will accompany me and I give him a token of appreciation in a form of money but never experienced such . Worse on freedom day withy daughter. It made no logic for me to carry a bag of vegetables which is almost 20kg and 3 more plastics and carry the baby and be crossing roads

The guy showed no sense of caringbfor my child in his language and actions and neither did he care to retain me as a customer regardless of the fact that I spend over 3.5 on grocery every month's in this shop.I would love for the management to escalate this matter and the security involved be dealt with and I receive a formal apology from him and the store on his behalf or pick n pay will either choose on wether to keep a customer or a bully .
