Trolley in basket line

In Vereeniging. Bedworthpark. At pick 'n pay we nearly stood 10 min in the line at express where it indicates only baskets' because infront of us were 2 trollies the 1 fully loaded with cokes. Now where o earth is a trollie a basket? When we asked the cashier AND the security whom was busy unloading the trollie whether it is a basket or trolley he laughed and said in sotho that our whites must chill. Why must I chill of he stands in an express row with a whole trolley. Very dissapointed.
