Tribalism and Rude Service at Pick N Pay Wonderpark

Visited Pick N Pay Hyper Wonderpark mall on 13/01/2021 at 13:05 where Dikeledi Molefe was very tribalist and very rude at the till.

I said Hello when I approached her till and she rep**** in Tshwane/ Pedi since I'm Tsonga I couldn't tell, she asked if I wanted a plastic in her language I rep**** in my own language. She said she can't understand in her Tshwane, I expressed how I don't understand her language let's rather use English that's when she refused and started being rude and fighting me in her language.

I did explain to her that I don't understand her language and the fact that she doesn't understand my language too the only way for us to communicate is using English. She continued to fight me (couldn't understand what she said) that when she didn't even bother to help pack my gloceries.

English is the official language in South Africa and helps when there a language barrier between two people. I don't understand how is a store like Pick N Pay hire tillers who can't accommodate us Tsonga people by the use of our language or English language for those of us who don't understand Pedi/ Tshwane/ Sotho.
