Treating staff poorly for their own gain

Iam not happy with sherwood pick n pay. I was falsley accused from a ex. They never done proper investigation. Now the top notch they want to fire a cashier because she had a heartattack. I want this matter resolved because the management is firing the staff for the wrong reasons for management own enjoyment and management can do as they please
