Treating a 88year old lady with no respect
Hi,

I would like to report Maureen at Pick a Pay Waterfall Mall. Myself and my 88 year old mother was in Pick a Pay Waterfall this morning in the wheel chair paying point where she bought her groceries and also asked Maureen to draw R2000 cash from her card. Maureen flat out refused to do it, when I asked her to make a plan for us to draw cash she refused and said she can't help us. After asking for the manager TWICE the lady from the till next to us helped my mother with the cash withdraw.

My mother is 88 years old in a wheelchair, today I saw how much respect one person can have for the elder, she should not even be working with the public. Not even the manager showed up..

Why do Pick a Pay even advertise that you can withdraw cash if the ladies at the tills refuse to do it?

Regards Francis
