treated me like badly and made fun of me

I bought vegetable and meat and i waited a long que in what they call an express till then i requested cash of 200 and the cashier said she cant give me the money as it is an express till so i must go to another till and i said to her bt no one announced that u cant get money frm an express till and while she was busy tilling my grocery she gave me a plastic and said pack ur staff and i was very shocked wit the treatment and as i look at her wit shock she rolled her eyes and said its an express till we dnt pack then i said pls call ur manager then she left and this guy was holding a mic and he did nt even great me and he just said wats ur problem in sotho then i said i wud like to withdraw R200 and ur cashier refuses to pack my grocery, he said u cant its an express till and wen i said bt no one told me that i wnt b able to get those services and its nt written anywhere, he took his mic and said to me well i will announce now then he screamed on the mic announcing abt packing and nt getting the money while he jst left me there standing and staff and other customers laughing, if this is how u train ur staff even management to treat ur customers then i am utterly dissappointed. Sad
