Treated Like ********s at PnP Randridge Mall

Pick n Pay, Randridge Mall in Johannesburg treated us like low life ****s that do not know their consumer rights. Sunday afternoon on the 12th of November the liquor store supervisor, Patrick, refused to sell us 12 pack of carling black label at the displayed discount price claiming that we had not gotten the beer where the label was and blatantly accused my sister in-law and I of lying and further went on to say he would refer to CCTV footage to verify what we were saying.

We felt so disrespected, in the presence of other shoppers to the point where we just left the store. The manner in which you service your customers is appalling, to say the absolute least.

The store manager's intervention too I feel did not remedy anything!
