Treated like a *****

So I bought items at pick n pay clothing rynfield square on Monday and also paid for mu wifi unfortunately I dont know how but I lost my slip and the clothes I bought were small for the child I then called pick n pay rynfield to ask if it is possible for an exchange if I lost my slip the lady ws very nice and said I then ask her because im going to lakeside can I change there will they be able to help she said yes haha I get to lake side ti explain to the lady at the door she understands cause it's human neuter to sometimes loose a slip ok to the tills the guy with dreadlocks was so very rude u could see he was implying I stole the items I tried to explain and ws literally refusing to exchange and told to go back to rynfield square until the other lady intervene I think she is a super visor that lady was so polite and she called rynfield and they help with my docket number wich was what the cashier guy should have just done instead of treating me like a ******** please teach that guy to treat customers better and listening is a skill he should listen with an understanding before judging thank you 🙏
