Treated like ********

I went to the Pick n Pay Clothing in Windermere Centre, Durban and was continually bothered for a fitting room number tag while I was using the change room to try on a shirt, first by a cleaner (!) and then when I used the change room a second time by a staff member when I had the appropriate tag for the 1 item of clothing that I was trying on.

I was trying on 1 shirt and continually bothered. It was unreal. They treated me - a long-time shopper in the centre and someone who has lived above the shopping centre for over a decade - like a potential ********.

When I asked to speak to the manager, she appeared and seemed indifferent, barely greeting me and just responding "mmm" when I explained the situation. As a long time shopper at Pick n Pay Clothing and a resident of the apartments above Windermere Centre (for over 15 years), I was very offended. I have risked my life defending the shopping centre during the riots, I shop in the centre every day and I've never been treated so dismissively by any other staff members from other stores.

If this is not resolved in a satisfactory manner, I will escalate this matter further.
