Treated bad

Hi please coach your staff. I was at *****dale mall just now and on the till they put a closed 4now tag then I turned and after me a Indian lady went and she was assisted when I went back to the till Phillys I think she is a till controller she's showing me the tag when I asked her but they are assisting another customer while the thing is there and she told me to go on another till what do you call that?customer did not do anything wrong but PnP employee her name Phillys
