TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!

On Saturday the 28th March 2015 just before 10:00 am, I had popped in at pick 'n pay in King Williams' town to purchase a few items and buy electricity. I greet the lady at the till name tag written ASANDA , she seemed off for some reason. After the items were paid for I politely asked where I can buy electricity as I've never done it before and I'm not from that side. She asked me electricity for where, I did not understand what she meant and I was trying to get clarity she blatantly told me that there are two places in the shopping complex that sell electricity so if I can't understand what she's asking then she can't help me. Only to find it's the kiosk inside the pick 'n pay that sells electricity, she could have just said that!

If your staff has such DISGUSTING ATTITUDE and being SO UNHELPFUL I can only imagine how the elderly (especially from the nearby villages) are being treated and are unable to voice it out. It is worrying if someone behaves like that while they're at work and customer service is important, clearly they don't want to be there and there's plenty of individuals that are seeking employment and would treat customers with respect.
