Trashy service by employees

The service we received at pick n pay clothing in sandton city was the worst ever. I bought flip flops for my daughter and she put them on at the door of the store. They were small and we called one of the workers there to assist us with changing the shoes. Yes we were outside the store and they had closed the door immediately when we stepped out. She said she will ask the assistant manager if they'll be able to help us. We stood by the door for about 15 minutes looking like fools coz no one came to assist us instead they started laughing at us. Even the assistant manager by the name of Lerato refused to change the shoes for us. Mind you there after we paid, two people paid before us I just don't understand why they refused to change the shoes. We didn't even wanna go inside the store, we just asked they give us a bigger size and they just had a very stinking attitude. The service was totally trash
