Trash service

I ordered groceries on the app and the first red flag was when items that were on special appeared at normal price on the cart. I then ordered and the order kept delaying. Next thing I know the order is marked as delivered and I did not receive anything. I then called them and the first call centre agent was so unprofessional. The was a lot of noise in the background and he had side conversations while I waited for him to check what happened to my order. He then put me on hold and I hung up. I called again and the second agent said he would call me back in 15 minutes, obviously he never called. I called again for the third time and I was told I would get a refund in 5 days. What a joke! They are selling food and we buy there because we have run out of groceries. So am I not supposed to eat for the next 5 days?? I will never use that app again!
